Baked sardines

– sardines fillets: 600 gr.
– cloves of garlic: 2
– rosemary
– breadcrumbs
– olive oil
– salt
– pepper

 

Marinate the fillets of sardines for about an hour with olive oil flavored with these spices: rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pass each fillet in the breadcrumbs and place it in a baking pan greased with oil. Pour the same oil flavored with spices before on the sardines fillets. Bake for 10 minutes at 210 degrees.
