Cake with ricotta cheese and chocolate

Cake with ricotta cheese and chocolate– ricotta cheese: 500 gr.
– chocolate in chunks or drops: 100 gr.
– sugar: 150 gr.
– flour: 4 tablespoons
– eggs: 4
– zest of 1 lemon
– salt: 1 pinch
– vanillin: half a sachet

 

Whisk the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt, then add 4 tablespoons of sugar.
Whip the egg yolks with the sugar and then add the flour, ricotta cheese, chocolate, lemon zest and vanillin.
Mix together the egg whites with a spatula from the top down. Bake at 170° degrees for 50 minutes in a mold greased and floured. Serve.
