Calabrian appetizer

calabrian appetizer– ricotta cheese
– soppressata
– capocollo
– dried tomatoes in olive oil
– eggplant in olive oil
– bread
– mushrooms in olive oil

 

Place on a serving dish a few slices of soppressata and capocollo, a little bit of dried tomatoes, eggplant and mushrooms in oil, and a few slices of fresh ricotta cheese. Serve with slices of country bread and red wine.
