November 20, 2012 by Daniele Buzzurro

– flour: 300 gr.
– butter: 50 gr.
– sugar: 100 gr.
– eggs: 2
– rum: 1 little glass
– powder: half a bag

Dissolve in advance butter.
Put together in a bowl the flour and baking powder, put in the eggs, melted butter, sugar and rum.
Mix well and then overthrow the dough on a floured surface, then form long cylinders and cut into pieces of the size of the hazelnut.
Roll around all with the palm of your hand and fry in hot oil until everything will be golden and swollen.
Place the castagnole on a plate with a paper towel on and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
Serve.
