- chicken in pieces: 1
- tomatoes: 400 gr.
- red wine: 1 cup
- carrots: 2
- celery: 3 stalks
- olive oil
Sauté the chicken in a pan for about 10 minutes.
Add the chopped onion and garlic. Join the carots, the celery and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper and let sauté for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with a glass of red wine.
When the wine has evaporated add the tomatoes and cover with a lid. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
When cooked add the chopped parsley and serve hot.
