- icing sugar: 175 gr.
- flour: 70 gr.
- butter: 50 gr.
- cocoa powder: 40 gr.
- milk: half a cup
- vanillin: 1 sachet
- eggs: 3
Melt the butter in a pan in water bath.
Once melted remove from heat and add the flour, milk, cocoa and sugar. Then incorporate the egg yolks one by one.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the mixture along with vanillin.
Bake at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
