Chocolate Salami

Chocolate Salami– biscuits: 500 gr.
– macaroons: 100 gr.
– butter: 100 gr.
– sugar: 200 gr.
– unsweetened cocoa powder: 100 gr
– eggs: 3
– Strega liqueur or rum: 1 small glass

 

Crush the macaroons and biscuits, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and butter, and pour over the chocolate rain.
Whisk the egg whites of the eggs, mix all in a bowl and with the shape like a salami.
Sprinkle with the liqueur and then dust with icing sugar. Refrigerate and serve cold.
