- sliced of bread
- butter: 150 gr.
- anchovy with salt or oil: 3
- mozzarella cheese: 300 gr.
- milk: half a cup
Arrange the slices of bread in a pan. Slice the mozzarella and arrange one piece on each slice of bread.
Bake the croutons at 180° degrees for about 15-20 minutes, dunking occasionally with melted butter.
Melt a part of butter in a saucepan along with chopped anchovies.
Stir with a wooden spoon and add milk – previously heated – to the melted mixture.
Place the croutons on the plate pouring on each one one or two spoonfuls of sauce made with milk, butter and anchovies. Serve hot.
