Curry Cod

Curry Cod– cod fillets: 400 gr.
– curry: 1 teaspoon
– milk: 25 cl
– butter
– flour: 1 tablespoon
– salt
– pepper

 

Place the fish into 1 buttered casserole and pour the curry – previously dissolved in the milk and thickened with flour – on the fillets. Season with salt and pepper and bake covered for 25 minutes.
