Ditali with zucchini and peas

– ditali (pasta): 400 gr.
– peas: 100 gr.
– parmigiano cheese: 50 gr.
– zucchini: 1
– onion: 1
– extra virgin olive oil
– pepper

 

Fry in a pan a bit ‘of onion in the olive oil, add the diced zucchini and peas and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add two cups of water and bring all to a boil.
As soon as the mixture begins to boil, add the pasta and continue cooking.
Serve hot sprinkled with parmigiano cheese and pepper.
