Fried squids

fried squids– squids: 500 gr.
– egg: 1
– flour
– lemon
– olive oil
– salt

 

Wash and clean the squids. Cut into slices and salt them. Place the flour on a plate. Whisk the egg in another dish. Flour the squids and then pass them in the egg, and then again in flour. Fry them in oil hot, and brown them. Serve hot with lemon.
