- fusilli (spiral shaped pasta): 200 gr

- garlic: 1 clove

- pecorino cheese
Peel and cut the leek thinly. Place in pan with olive oil, tomatoes and salt and let it go on medium heat. Cook the pasta, drain and sauté in pan with sauce and pecorino cheese.
