Italian style mixed salad

21 August 2011 by Cooking Tomato Sauce

Italian Style Mixed Salad - lettuce: 1
- arugula: 1 small bunch
- radicchio: 1 head
- curly lettuce: half head
- radishes: 1 small bunch
- olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- balsamic vinegar or lemon juice: a tablespoon
- salt

After washing all salads thoroughly, make sure you have raised all the hard parts and leaves that are not nice. Cut a little bit large leaves, leaving aside the rather small. Then put the leaves, carefully dried, in the salad and blend them together. Slice small the radishes and add to the small all. Add as a salad dressing some balsamic vinegar or lemon juice, salt, and finally oil. Serve.

We actually put it on our sdhnwicaes as a spread…it was good like that. It is a good bean dip, but not great. Actually now that I tried the garlic scape pesto, I think I will be making (and freezing) that with my garlic scapes. It was so good and versatile.
