New potatoes baked

New potatoes baked– new potatoes: 800 gr.
– garlic: 2 cloves
– olive oil
– rosemary
– salt

 

Wash and dry the potatoes.
Sprinkle a baking sheet with olive oil and store in the potatoes without peeling. Peel and cut 4 pieces garlic cloves and add them to the potatoes in the pan along with salt and rosemary.
Mix and sprinkle with the remaining olive oil.
Bake for 1 hour turning around potatoes occasionally during cooking.
