Pecorino cheese with broad beans

Pecorino cheese with broad beans- Pecorino cheese: 200 gr.
- fresh broad beans: 500 gr.
- homemade bread: 200 gr.
- mixed salad: 200 gr.
- extra virgin olive oil: 4 tablespoons
- balsamic vinegar

 

Prepare the salad and pour over the balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Toast a slice of bread and pour the oil on top. Take the fresh broad beans, peel them and put them in the pot.
Cut a slice of Pecorino cheese and put it in the pot.
Serve everything together at the table.
