Penne Boscaiola

- penne (pasta): 400 gr.
- mushrooms: 400 gr.
- onion: 1
- sausages: 2
- ripe tomatoes: 4 or 5
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- parsley

 

Cut the sausages into small pieces and fry in a large pan with the onion
Wash and cut into small pieces the mushrooms, add them to the pan with the chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cook all for about 30 minutes over low heat.
Cook the pasta to the teeth, drain and pour it into the pan, then stir well and add the parsley.
Serve with grated Parmesan if you prefer.
