Penne with cream and cooked ham

– cooked ham: 100 gr.
– butter: 50 gr.
– cream cheese: 1 sachet
– parmigiano cheese

 

Cut the ham into thin strips and brown it in butter.
Add the sachet of cream without salt and cook over low heat for a few minutes.
Cook penne in abundant salted water, drain and dress in cream and cooked ham prepared earlier. Pour pasta into individual dishes with a great sprinkling of grated parmigiano.
Serve hot.
