Penne with cream and cooked ham

- cooked ham: 100 gr.
- butter: 50 gr.
- cream cheese: 1 sachet
- parmesan cheese

 

 

 

Cut the ham into thin strips and brown it into butter.
Add the sachet of cream without salt and cook over low heat for a few minutes.
Cook penne in abundant salted water, drain and dress with cream and cooked ham prepared earlier. Pour pasta into individual dishes with a great sprinkling of grated parmesan.
Serve hot.
