Roman Broccoli

Roman Broccoli– broccoli: 2 or 3 medium size
– olive oil
– garlic: 1 clove
– white wine: half a dl.

 

Clean and wash the broccoli by removing all strong leaves and tough stalks, leaving the tops intact.
Sauté garlic and olive oil in a pan. Add the broccoli and season with salt and pepper.
Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes in the steam.
Halfway through cooking add the wine and finish cooking in the oven keeping the pan covered at all times.
Serve.
