Salmon canapés

Salmon canapés– cream cheese: 120 gr.
– smoked salmon: 60 gr.
– fresh goat cheese: 50 gr.
– pepper
– slice of sandwich bread

 

Transform the smoked salmon in a puree and put it inside a bowl. Then insert the cream cheese with the goat cheese. Mix everything well and place the pepper in free quantity. Finally, decorate previously toasted sandwiches using a sac-a-poche or a syringe for cakes and serve.
