Small Pizzas with rosemary and oregano

Small Pizzas with rosemary and oregano- durum wheat flour: 500 gr.
- water: 250 ml
- olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- rosemary: 25 gr.
- oregano: 25 gr.
- yeast: 1 packet (25 gr.)
- salt: 1 tablespoon
- sugar: 1 teaspoon

 

Mix the flour with water, where in advance was dissolved yeast and salt. Add the olive oil and work vigorously for 20 minutes until you get an elastic and smooth compound. Add the sugar and mix again for other 10 minutes.
Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for a few hours.
Obtain balls and flatten with fingers to form the round pizzas, then arrange on a baking tray greased with olive oil and pour crushed spices in.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes and enjoy warm.
