Sorrento gnocchi

– tomato sauce: to taste
– cubed mozzarella: to taste
– pieces of salami: to taste
– Parmigiano cheese
– basil: 3-4 leaves
– olive oil
– salt

 

Create a tomato sauce with excellent flavor and cook the gnocchi in salted water. When gnocchi come to the surface, drain them well.
Put gnocchi in a bowl and season them with the tomato sauce obtained before, with cubes of mozzarella and with small pieces of the salami.
Then pour the gnocchi on some small clay oven dishes, one for each person sit on the table.
Sprinkle the tomato sauce with a lot of Parmigiano.
Bake for about ten minutes, pull them from the oven and decorate with 3-4 leaves of fresh basil.
Serve hot.
