- spaghetti (pasta): 1 kg
- mussels: 1 kg
- clams: 1 kg
- garlic clove: 2
- 1 measure of oil
- white wine
- parsley
Stir fry the cloves of garlic with oil, then remove the garlic and add the wine.
Add a little water of the mussels and clams after they have been boiled, then also add cleaned mussels and clams
Cook over high fire for five minutes, turn off and sprinkle all with chopped parsley. Cook the spaghetti slightly underdone and flavor them with the prepared gravy.
