Stuffed mushrooms

Stuffed mushrooms- champignon mushrooms: 8 large
- carrots: 2
- parsley: 1 bunch
- olive oil: 4 tablespoons
- breadcrumbs: 2 tablespoons
- garlic: 2 cloves
- salt

 

Wash the mushrooms very gently and remove their stems.
Chop carrots, parsley, stems and garlic. Mix all the ingredients, add salt and olive oil and fill the mushroom caps with the mixture.
Put the mushrooms in an oiled dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 150 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
