Tuna canapés

Tuna canapés– tuna in oil: 200 gr.
– pitted black olives: 150 gr.
– anchovy fillets in oil: 4
– mustard: 2 teaspoons
– lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
– garlic: 1/2 clove
– chopped parsley: 1 tablespoon
– extra virgin olive oil
– slice of sandwich bread

 

Prepare all of the ingredients separately, then put them together – with the exception of oil – and put them in a food processor. Start the blender and add the oil gradually until to obtain a soft cream. Place the cream over the sandwiches and serve.

    I’m actually so sick of having chicken for dinner like every night. I wish my honey knew how to cook chinese food :(…
