Vegetarian potato pie

Vegetarian potato pie– potatoes: 8 large
– tomatoes: 4
– red cabbage: 1 small
– olive oil: half a cup
– almonds: 10
– breadcrumbs: 6 tablespoons
– grated nutmeg: 1 teaspoon
– coriander: 1 teaspoon
– salt

 

Boil the potatoes in water, peel and mash. Cook the cabbage to steam, whisk and add to mashed potatoes. Mix the ingredients well with three tablespoons of breadcrumbs, add the chopped tomatoes and olive oil.
Combine the salt mixture, the almonds, coriander and nutmeg in the end.
Sprinkle a baking pan, previously greased with oil, with a portion of breadcrumbs and pour the mixture. Cover the entire surface of pie with remaining breadcrumbs and bake at 200 degrees for about 1 hour.
Serve.
